Oleanna - James Beard Foundation Best Chef Ana Sortun is one of Community Servings' dearest restaurateur friends. LifeSavor diners are always in for a treat when they take their seats at Oleana, Ana's Cambridge restaurant known for its combination of farm-fresh ingredients and eastern Mediterranean spice blends. And Pie in the Sky pie buyers smile at the thought of pecan pies from Sofra Bakery and Cafe, Ana's newest venture.

Heather Amsden
Table Captain - In addition to captaining a table at LifeSavor -- which entails recruiting up to nine friends to purchase tickets for the event -- Heather also serves as a co-chair for the Silent Auction committee. A former Community Servings' staff member, we are so lucky that Heather continues to help us as a volunteer. And we are even more lucky to call her a friend.

The Park Plaza Castle - Affectionately know as "Pie Central," the Park Plaza Castle generously hosts Community Servings and Pie in the Sky the three days before Thanksgiving. In that time, over 10,000 pies are delivered to, quality-control checked at, and distributed from the 14,000+-square foot facility. Without heat, it's the perfect refrigerator for each pie before it sits on a buyer's Thanksgiving table.
